Anne is passionate about values-driven, people-first leadership and enjoys the opportunity to help clients create positive change and thrive in their roles.

Anica has served as the regional program director for a national non-profit, participated in international public health initiatives, and led the operational launch of a center dedicated toward advancing collaboration among ten health science schools on three university campuses.

Brittany offers that rare mix of quantitative skills and emotional intelligence. A mathematician who loves working with people, Brittany’s experience as a business analyst and program manager are matched only by her contagious enthusiasm and belief in the power of collaboration.
Kerry Sheldon
Kerry founded Bridgeport in 2010 with the intention of building a locus for learning, growth, and service. She is our Weapon of Mass Production. When one of her teammates is leading a project, Kerry can always be found nearby, coaching them up and cheering them on.

Lori is deeply skilled at translating complex technical data into grounded, actionable wisdom. Previously the marketing director for OHM Advisors – a 400-person architecture, engineering, and planning firm – Lori’s signature strength is bringing people along a process of shared learning and discovery.

Alex Fluegel joined Bridgeport in 2023 to ensure the excellence of all of Bridgeport’s administrative functions.
